Mike DeBiasi
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Arcadia, Mike served on Bayer’s North American Consumer Health Care Leadership Team as the Vice-President and General Manager of US Nutritionals and Digestive Health. In this role, Mr. DeBiasi and his team were responsible for growing some of the category’s most iconic brands, such as One-A-Day & Flintstones Vitamins, MiraLAX, Phillips, and Alka-Seltzer.
Prior to this role, Mr. DeBiasi led Claritin as the VP of Marketing, building on the brand’s position as the #1 Allergy brand in the United States. Earlier in his career, Mr. DeBiasi’s experience included both turning around businesses in decline and building successful brands while at Welch’s and Castrol Motor Oil.
Mr. DeBiasi holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing.
Frank Van Slyck
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has over 20 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.
Prior to joining Arcadia, Frank was the Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Market Finance at Revlon Inc., and previously held various leadership roles at Nestle, where he ended his career as the Vice President of Finance for Gerber Baby Food.
Frank holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Fordham University and a B.A. in Finance and International Business from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Evan Bashoff
Chief Marketing Officer
Evan brings diverse experience from his industry background in consumer brand marketing, retail, digital, and ecommerce. In his current role as Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for marketing communications, consumer insights, media, digital and ecommerce strategy, and product innovation and development.
Previously, Evan spent several years at Bayer Consumer Healthcare leading teams and driving growth for category leading brands including Coppertone, Claritin and Dr. Scholl’s. He also served as Executive Director of Marketing at Toys R Us, where he was responsible for all marketing strategy and vendor partnerships.
Evan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree in business from Cornell University.
Chris Martinovic
Chief Customer Officer
Prior to joining Arcadia, Chris held several sales leadership roles within Bayer’s North American Consumer Health Care organization. In his most recent role at Bayer, Chris was the Director of Sales, managing the Walmart team in Bentonville, AR. Prior to that, Chris held leadership roles in Sales Strategy, Global Customer Excellence and managing the Rite Aid team. Over his 15+ years at Bayer, Chris was able to profitably grow sales across a diverse set of categories, including Allergy, Cough/Cold, Digestive Health, Analgesics, Nutritionals, Footcare and Suncare.
Prior to Bayer, Chris began his career at Information Resources, where he built his analytical skills and account management expertise.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Sport Management from Seton Hall University.
Chinna Chinnakaruppan
Chief Operating Officer
Chinna has more than 20 years of cross-functional experience in commercial operations, project & portfolio management, integration/transition management, engineering and technical leadership. Prior to Arcadia, Chinna was owner & independent business consultant at CAC Business Solutions, LLC, and Co-Founder & Managing Director of What If Connect, ULC , an innovative business solutions company.
Prior to the consulting roles, he spent more than 15 years at Merck Consumer Care, where he held numerous leadership roles including Executive Director, Global Project Management and Executive Director for the Merck-Bayer Commercial Transition. He was at Abbott Laboratories prior to Merck, holding various leadership roles in engineering and technical/operations.
Chinna has bachelor and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Annamalai University and the University of Tennessee, respectively. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMI) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
Mike Tune
Chief Scientific Officer
Mike has over 30 years of experience leading diverse functions in the consumer products and consumer health categories. Prior to joining Arcadia, he spent several years at Bayer Consumer Health leading various Research & Development, Quality, and Regulatory Operations functions. Mike has led development of countless new OTC, cosmetic, nutritional and medical device innovations, and holds several design and utility patents.
Mike holds a B.S. in Package Engineering from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business.
Kim Kingsley
VP Operations
Kim brings over 20 years experience building and leading high performance supply chain operations teams across multiple continents. In her current role as Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for leading the end to end supply chain team, building capabilities and infrastructure to support Arcadia’s continuous growth, and ensuring cross-functional and cross-partner operational excellence.
Prior to joining Arcadia, she was the Vice President for Latin America Supply Chain at Bayer Consumer Care, after successfully leading International Supply Chain for Merck Consumer Care and domestic retailer-centric support teams for Schering-Plough Consumer Health.
Kim holds an MBA from University of
Nebraska and an undergraduate degree from Centre College.
Martha Ellison
VP Procurement & Project Management
Martha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, she spearheaded Supply Strategy for the Global Upper Respiratory Portfolio at Bayer Consumer Health. Prior to that, Martha played pivotal roles in strategic sourcing across the biopharma, pharma, and veterinary health divisions of Bayer. Her journey began as a formulation chemist at Merck, and she seamlessly transitioned into Operations roles, including strategic sourcing of APIs, intermediates, and R&D services.
With an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business, an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from UCLA, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Haverford College, Martha combines scientific acumen with business acuity.
Tim Foy
Senior Director of Marketing
Tim draws on over 20 years of consumer marketing experience, bringing an analytical mindset, results orientation, and broad curiosity to his role as Senior Director of Marketing at Arcadia. Prior to joining Arcadia, Tim held brand management roles driving growth across a range of businesses including Dr. Scholl’s, Advil, and Claritin for companies such as Bayer, Pfizer, and Merck.
Tim holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers Business School with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. As an undergraduate he studied English at Rutgers, earning a B.A.
Scott Mason
Head of Ecommerce
Scott brings diverse experience from his background in digital marketing, e-commerce and consumer marketing across a number of industries including CPG, Home Improvement, Legal and Insurance. In his current role as Head of
E-Commerce at Arcadia, he leads a team that is responsible for creating and executing our
e-commerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, our DTC websites and more.
Prior to Arcadia, Scott worked at Market Performance Group helping to lead their
e-commerce services practice. He also served as Vice President of Digital Marketing at Qunol where he launched the brand’s Amazon business. Earlier in Scott’s career, he led marketing teams on both the brand and client side for multiple businesses including Lexis Nexis (Legal), Plymouth Rock Assurance (insurance) and more.
Scott holds an undergraduate degree from the School of Business at Rutgers College.
Mike Yurecko
Senior Director of Finance
Mike brings over 20 years of financial leadership in the consumer products industry, with extensive experience across brand, sales, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Arcadia, he held leadership positions at Schering Plough, Merck, and Nestle, where he oversaw the profitable growth of some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Claritin, Coppertone, and Gerber.
In his current role at Arcadia, Mike leads Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, growth strategies, and implementing cost-saving initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and driving shareholder value.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
Matt Davala
Senior Director of Sales
Matt has 15 years of cross-functional sales experience in customer, category, e-commerce, and shopper activation management. Prior to Arcadia, Matt held sales roles of escalating responsibility at Bayer Consumer Healthcare and Advantage Consumer Healthcare.
During his most recent role, he was Director of Sales, managing the Walgreens business. Matt brings a unique sales perspective to Arcadia, leading teams in both supplier and broker organizations. This has allowed Matt to establish deep retailer experience and connections throughout the industry.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University with a concentration in Food Marketing.
